Your Deposit
The $50 booking deposit reserves team time and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your final service balance.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests inside 24 hours may require a new deposit.
Weather and Access
If unsafe weather or site access prevents service, we will work with you to reschedule. We bring water and power unless your confirmed service says otherwise.
